Shipping Policy

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers in USA, and Canada,ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx so please provide a physical ship-to address. Post office box addresses will be delivered via USPS but the customer will take responsibility for lost or damaged product shipped this way.
Shipping costs are determined at the time of shipping and these costs are passed on to the customer plus a $2.50 per box charge. You will receive a packing list with your order. If you have a credit account with us please wait to pay from invoice. An invoice with shipping charges will arrive via postal mail a short time after the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns must be made in writing directly to the Office within 7 days of delivery date quoting invoice number and reasons. No returns are acceptable without Cronos Tech's prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping will be charged.

For any goods returned as ‘unsuitable’ there is a re-stocking charge of 15% plus shipping chargeable to customer

Replacements under Warranty

If you believe your product to be defective during the warranty period, please email for warranty return authorization.

If authorized. We will be exchanging the product without a charge and will be provide the pre-paid return label to return it.

Once you shipped the product back using the pre-paid return label we will send the replacement product right away. Please make sure to return the product within 10 days after the return label issued.

 

Trading under Warranty

If you purchased the wrong product and want to have the right version, please email for warranty return authorization.

Once you shipped the product back with the provided RMA, we will send the correct product right away. Please make sure to return the product within 10 days after we approved the return.
